Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Effective January 1, 2020.

By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.  In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.  Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.  If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Please read these Terms of Service completely for visiting and using Audantia.com which is owned and operated by Audantia, Inc.  This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the site at Audantia.com.

The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of Audantia, Inc. and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate copyright and other intellectual property rights laws. 

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed in accordance with the State of Alaska.

Subscription Terms

This is a twelve (12) month subscription agreement between Audantia, Inc. and user effective upon completion of registration and payment, which activates the effective date. Due to the proprietary information being shared, no proration or refunds will be provided during the twelve (12) month subscription term.

This twelve (12) month subscription agreement will auto-renew annually, at the annual price indicated at time of initial purchase plus appropriate taxes, unless user provides written notification thirty (30) days prior to the end of the current subscription.  The information provided by Audantia, Inc. is solely to be used for internal business operations and is not to be resold or shared online or by any other means.  User’s membership is non-transferable and, as such, user must not share or allow user’s name and password to be used by anyone else to access the site.

This agreement represents a common understanding for use of services between Audantia, Inc. and user.

Subscribing for Services

In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form.  During registration, a user is required to provide personal information (such as identification or contact details), including: 1) an email address; 2) first and last name; 3) clinic name; 4) a mailing address; 5) a telephone number and 6) a password (known only to you and specific to your account. We base the collection of your information on our legitimate interest in providing you the functionality required to utilize our services and to provide notification of updates or expanded services.

Upon completion of the registration, user will be redirected to our credit card processing company’s site for payment to finalize the order.  NOTE: No financial information of the user is collected or retained on Audantia’s site.

 Additionally, user warrants that any information given to Audantia in the course of completing the registration process, and for the duration of user’s membership, will always be kept accurate and up to date.  User may amend it’s account information upon signing in.

Sharing of Information

Audantia does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information

Links to Other Sites

Our site contains links to other websites and online resources.  Audantia, Inc. is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites.  Consequently, we strongly advise our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.

Audantia is the sole owner of the information collected on this site and, as such, we only have access to/collect information the user voluntarily provides.  We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information only as needed to contact you for business purposes.  We will not share your information with any third party.  Unless you request us not to do so, we will contact you via email in the future to inform you of updates or new products or services or changes in this privacy policy.

User’s Access to and Control Over Information

The site will be available 24 hours/day, seven days a week contingent upon interruptions for maintenance, technical or other reasons.

We are pleased to offer a variety of continually expanding content for your business and training needs.  Such content will be updated, changed or removed, at our discretion, so availability of specific content cannot be guaranteed.

You may opt out of any future contact at any time. You can do the following at any time online to your account: View data; Change or correct any data

We take precautions to protect your information both on and offline.  (Note: no financial information is collected on the Audantia website.)  Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (i.e. billing or customer service) are granted access to a user’s information.

Audantia, Inc. reserves the right to modify this agreement in whole or in part at any time.  We do so by posting the updated terms and the date they take effect on the site.  User’s decision to continue to visit and make use of the site after such changes have been made constitutes its formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
